NOISOME, a.

1. Noxious to health; hurtful; mischievous; unwholesome; insalubrious; destructive; as noisome winds; noisome effluvia or miasmata; noisome pestilence.

2. Noxious; injurious.

3. Offensive to the smell or other senses; disgusting; fetid.

Foul breath is noisome.
