Your comment borders on the charismatic. Are you Pentecostal? |

No, Baptist. Does the Holy Spirit bear witness with your spirit that you are the child of God? If not, be saved. If so, how does He do it?

Why start a new thread? The question is relevant and the answer will answer your question to POTW. (How did God tell you specifically that the KJV is the preserved Word of God?)

No Im not Charismatic, nor am I pentecostal, I was raised open Brethren and I am now Baptist.
God speaks to us through his written word, I have read other VERSIONS and they do not speak to me the way the KJB does, this is the last post I will answer because you are so blatantly causing strife. LORD, I'm done with this man. |

peopleoftheway - I guess I have the answer to my question...
The KJV-onlyism movement is founded upon people's personal experiences with God where it was revealed to them personally that the KJV is God's preserved Word. Is this correct or am I wrong? I want to be correct. Please help. |

Anyway, I'm Baptist. Again, does the Holy Spirit bear witness with your spirit that you are the child of God? If not, be saved. If so, how does He do it? |

I haven't read the thread yet, only your opening question. I also just woke up and am about to go to work. In a short while, I should have more time to read the thread, and respond to any comments.
God bless Luke |

The Lord speaks to His own through the Holy Spirit, and through His word. This is not a charasmatic doctrine, it's Bible. It's just something that the weak, watered down, so called "Christianity" of today knows nothing of.
