Originally, she filed with Justice Anthony Kennedy, and he denied it. She resubmitted it to Chief Justice John Roberts, and he distributed it for conference. "On the Jan. 20, the case was on the docket, and everybody could see it," Taitz said. "Then, right after the inauguration, on Jan. 21, it disappeared. It was as if somebody was trying to please Obama by erasing the docket.... I take it personally that he is trampling on our Constitution and on our laws."
