Ahhhh. Indeed, you are an "elder" sister (not referring to natural years!!) having been a believer since 1987. "Having no biblical construct" for understanding Calvinism vs no eternal security doctrine and dispensations perhaps reads a bit patronizing. I didn't mean it that way, I had mistakenly gotten the impression that the concepts were not resolved in your mind when in fact at issue was only the terminology. I've knocked myself upside the head and I believe I've got it now!!!

I was baptized in 1986. I do not think that I came to a more full understanding of the Christian faith and walk until the 1990's.

I am OLD but young at heart - I was "born of the flesh" in 1957. I just may be the most ANCIENT on this forum!!!

I am 49 years young! You were a senior in high school when I was a freshman. I was anywhere from 30 to 32 when I got saved; I'm not sure at what point during that time I was saved. I was a late bloomer but I made it all the same.
