Default Turn or Burn

This article is not a hate message, but rather one wrote with great love.

Are you lost? Are you without the Blood of Christ?

I'm talking to those that don't know Jesus as their own personal Saviour, Muslims, Catholics, Hindus, Mormons, Jehovah Witnesses, drunks, liars, thieves, adulterers, the proud, murderers, etc...

Revelation 21:8 "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death."

If you're lost, when you die you'll go straight to Hell and burn forever. If God wouldn't look at His own son when he bore our sins, then why do you think God will let you in Heaven with your sins and unbelief?

Acts 2:31 "He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption."

When you get in Hell, you won't be able to get out. You'll be there for eternity until you're casted into the Lake of Fire. You'll scream in pain forever and wish you accepted Jesus as your own personal Saviour, but it will be too late.

Luke 16:24 "And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame."

Have you ever gone without water for a long time? Well in Hell there is no water at all. While you're in torment, you'll be wishing you had one drop of water just to cool your tongue for a split second, but you will never have another drink of water and you will never feel love again.

Matthew 10:28 "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."


Why are you denying a man that died for you? He wants to save you from Hell, but unless you take His free gift, He can't save you. What is keeping you from Christ? Your friends, family, science, religion? Who do you fear the most? God or man. If you fear man now and not God, you'll live in fear and pain after you die for the rest of eternity.

Revelation 20:14 "And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death."

After Hell, you'll be casted into the Lake of Fire to burn again.

Revelation 20:15 "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."

Do you want to escape torment? If so accept Jesus now, so your name will be forever written in the Book of Life. Don't wait any longer, you may not have another hour to live.

Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"

Face it, you're going to die. Science can't save you. Your body is going to get old and die and that is if you're lucky. God can take you out at anytime. You can die in a car accident, in your sleep, ...The point is, you're going to die and whether you like it or not you're going to face God on judgment day and you will believe in God then, but it will be too late.

2 Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."

If you're reading this you have been given the opportunity to learn how to escape this horrible place. There are people in Hell that would give anything, if they had the opportunity to escape their torment. You need to understand that God does not want you to go to Hell, no matter what any Calvinist tells you. The Bible says God does not want ANY to perish and the Bible means what it says.

Matthew 25:41 "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:"

You may ask, why did God create Hell. Read the above verse. Hell is not for you. Hell is for the devil and his angels that went against God. They went against God because of their pride. Will you let your pride take you to Hell?

If you want to be saved you must first realize that you're a sinner and repent of your sins. Because of your sins, God cannot let you into Heaven. The Bible says God is a just and Holy God, so the only way you can escape Hell is to accept the Blood of Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ was God manifest in the flesh. Jesus Christ lived a sinless life. Jesus Christ was the perfect and only sacrifice for your sins. Jesus Christ died on the Cross, was buried and rose again on the third day.

John 19:30 "..It is finished.."

The payment is finished. All you have to do is accept the free gift of God.

Ephesians 2:8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:"

Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ today before it is too late.

Romans 10
9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."


In Conclusion...

TURN OR BURN!!!

I have a question though,

you said

Do you see a contradiction here?

To be saved you must

1. Repent of your sins

but then you say

2. The only thing that saves you is the blood of Christ.

So what saves? Repentance of sins (an action we take), or Jesus blood (something he did)?

The Bible says God is a just and Holy God, so the only way you can escape Hell is to accept the payment Jesus Christ made with His blood. You must repent from trusting your own works of righteousness, or your own thoughts and ideas about eternity, and trust what Jesus Christ did for you on the cross. Turn from your ways, your works, to Jesus.

A man cannot repent of sins until he is born again. He cannot stop sinning or angering God without the new birth. But a man has free will to turn to God in faith, and ask God to give him that life. Praise Jesus

Looks like you have no problem with understanding repentance, and tossing the yoke of bondage of lordship salvation Luke.

I would "paraphrase"

I changed it to that.

You're right, brother Luke. We are saved by the Blood alone. I didn't noticed I typed it like that. We do have to realize that we're a sinner, but repenting does not save us, only Faith. Thanks for the correction, brother.

that's right Luke,

beleif onthe finished work of Christ's shed blood is all it really takes. repentance generally takes place a little at a time theire after. for I have yet to me a beleiver who ever repented of every sin they had commited when they beleived. but I have met many a godly Christian struggle for years with some sins before they rested in Christ and let the Holy Ghost take control. they are still sinners but are sinning less.

Do not be dismayed by the rebukes of the antinomians. They want to change the gospel into a cheap thing that has no power to make a man more like Christ Jesus.

You do know that Antinomian means lawless one? One without Law? How you can accuse us of that is incomprehensible (unless you assume a straw man which you have already knocked down in your mind)

Without the Law, it is impossible to get saved. For by the law is the knowledge of sin. The law is a schoolmaster which brings us to Christ.

I am not antinomian. But the law has NO place in actual salvation, except conviction of sins, and making one realise they are a sinner. That comes BEFORE salvation. Go back now and read your little www.jesus-is-lord.com and get all your teaching from a woman who believes you can lose your salvation. (Well, how about that! I just made an assumption about you!)

Concerning loosing ones salvation. I do think it is possible for one to loose their salvation (of course this fact hinges entirely on the fact that I believe we do indeed have free will).

Revelation 22:18-19 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

So you tell me this; if a man today who professed Jesus Christ (let's just assume for now that he believes Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that His sacrificial death was for his sins) were to remove verses he doesn't like from Revelation and then declare his rewrite the true book of Revelation, would God not keep to what is written here in Revelation? Would that man keep what we all hope for?

Concerning those that are against the Law, the Antinomians:

Hebrews 10:26-31 "For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God." (Indeed, praise Jehovah God! I do not think this is talking about just sin in general but a complete disregard for the Blood we once put our faith in, and then a turning away to walk in a life of complete sin. I think this is the context to keep in mind here.)

Romans 8:5-8 "For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God." (So what does it say about those that call themselves Christians that DO indeed continually mind the things of the flesh more often than the things of the Spirit? I speak from the perspective of an outsider. Only God knows the heart of man)

1 Peter 1:15-16 "But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy." (Notice that Peter is quoting from the Leviticus 11:44 here. If it is of no effect for a Christian to find practical application to God's Law, not ceremonial Law, then why would Peter quote from such?)

James 2:14-17 "What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." (if you think James is speaking of the works of Law, then read and read again. Also read that he asks questions in regard to salvation, unless I'm mistaken, he never says that a man without works will not be saved, but rather that his faith is dead, like a tree that failed to bear fruit. Perhaps this is how we shall know those of Christ and not of Christ?)

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (I think this verse really sheds light on the role of works, as in the Law of Christ Jesus, in our faith)

Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord

Ephesians 5:5 "For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God."

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 "Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God."

Philippians 2:12 "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling".

John 14:15 "If ye love me, keep my commandments."

Jeremiah 7:8-10 "Behold, ye trust in lying words, that cannot profit. Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other gods whom ye know not; And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations?"


So I ask all Christians this, is Jesus truly your Saviour when Helel is your lord? If you believe that Jesus is your Lord (and I'm guessing many of you will think this when I ask that question) then I would point you to Christ Jesus' own Words:

Luke 6:46 "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?"

YOu need to extend Grace and kindness. you're wrong of saying that Luke or those on this page are following Hellel are truly not loving nor peaceful or showing you are living by the very verses you quoted.

I will not touch the fact you did not rightly divide the word of truth. Because you need to see the fruit of your own heart in your posts.

you are showing forth bitterness toward certain types of people and holdig up others as illumined masters of scriptures. you accuse people of not being saved and following false Gods. Your heart is not right. try harder not to take offence to Lukes words. and try not to offend others. Paul said if at all possible as much as it layeth with thee live peacable with all men. so be peaceful loving as you can in your words. for you will be judge for ever one of them at the judgement seat of Christ for all you have done in this body whether good or evil.

and remember Luke 6:46 could just as easily be applied to you as well.

Remember if you say something that offends a brother you need to do your best not to offend him again. Stephanos is offended by your treatment of his highly favored teacher Sister Tracy. just give that to him. his doctrine would be wrong in letting her teach him vis her web page. for that is out of the Lords will. the Lord took her home for it. It is the will of men to continue to allow her to teach them today. Personally I would refere her site only to lost men and women, and saved women, and not saved men.
