I'm sure many of us were sad to see the passing of Mr. Heston on April 5. I had the pleasure of meeting him in April of 1998 at the Western Heritage Awards here in Oklahoma City when he came to dedicate a statue of his good friend, Ronald Reagan. Mr. Heston was a staunch defender of the KJV and used it exclusively in his 4 part series, "Charlton Heston Presents The Bible". I highly recommend it and it's available at Amazon.com. He was a gentleman and a patriot, and he loved his family, his country and his God. We won't see his kind again.
