Nothing then is lost to the average reader's understanding when the KJB is read and the internal modification is made in the mind of the reader. If, however, the verse itself is altered to say "I think knot" rather than "I trow not", THEN the more precise meaning IS lost to the advanced reader of the "updated" text. Better it is to have the reader research the difficult reading (thus indicating a true desire to know God's Word) than to remove its precision for the benefit of the average reader, and have the deeper meaning lost for everyone.
