First, Thomas Nelson do not print editions which match to the criteria of what is pure presentation.

Second, Thomas Nelson can copyright their own notes.

Third, the Pure Cambridge Edition is discerned by going through a list of verse references. A Pure Cambridge Edition might just have "Holy Bible" written on the front, just like any other Bible.
