I like the Romans road because it's an easy summary to remember......I also try to get the person into the Word and ask them to read their Bible, or use a lot of Scripture in my discussions with them.
Largely, it depends on the situation but I usually seem to find myself in more on-going, lengthy witnessing experiences with the same one or two people.
