I don't know what you all are talking about.
I've been using OS X for over two years now. I've managed half a dozen forums, close to a dozen web sites, and I've done more graphics work and video editing than the average computer user ever dreams of doing. Coming from Windoze, I can say without a doubt that OS X is the most superior OS on the market. I don't negate Linux; it definitely has its uses, and if you don't want to pay for (UNIX-based) OS X or an Apple computer, then more power to you.
I'd say I'm a little ahead of an "average....end user"
