Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the new United Soviet States of America. Our great leader, Comrade Obama, is the most benevolent and loving of any leader we've ever had. He's taken it upon himself to help the unfortunate out of the state funds, to punish capitalist pigs, and to strengthen government so he can deal with any problems that arise.
