Not a good choice to defend lost of salvation.

I am having a little problem with;

[KJ] Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Timothy 2:15

Is not verse more for establishing hope and love than doctrine?
