confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

Mark 1:14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee,
preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

Matthew 4:23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching
the gospel of the kingdom,
and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.
Matthew 9:35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching
the gospel of the kingdom,
and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

Matthew 24:13 But he that shall
endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
Matthew 24:14 And this
gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and

Matthew 24:21
For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.
The verses above were all spoken during Christ's earthly ministry before and immediately after the cross. The gospel of the kingdom was preached by the Lord and by the Twelve. That gospel of the kingdom which includes baptism for the remission of sins and signs of the kingdom will be preached again during the Tribulation period. In this present Church Age, we don't preach the gospel of the kingdom.

Romans 1:16 For I am not ashamed of t

The content of the gospel of the grace of God that we preach today is found in 1 Cor. 15:3,4:
1 Corinthians 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you
the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.
3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that

This gospel does not include baptism (although we are to baptize as a testimony, see 1 Cor.) and does not require signs to confirm the word.
