Hi Scott. Yes, very definitely. In God's eternal purpose, Jesus is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

That is a question about which Christians have very different views. I do not care to argue about it (so please don't try to get me into a debate over it), but my understanding is that the church is made up of the redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, from Adam all the way to the last saint converted before the return of Christ in glory.
See Acts 7:38 and Hebrews 2:12.
