As I have said, Luke 1: 32-33 is the promise of God to His people Israel of a restored kingdom. They rejected the King and His offer, and therefore the nation was deprived of that Kingdom.
Chronicles 29 is about Solomon sitting on David's throne, not Christ.
After Israel rejected and crucified Christ, there is never any mention of Christ sitting on David's throne. He sits on His own throne.
