Yes brother, that is one of the books published and distributed by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, the driving force behind the JW's. Other works include -
Reasoning from the Scriptures, The Truth Shall Make You Free, Your will Be Done on Earth, Make Sure of All Things, and The Watchtower. Their erroneous doctrines can be found throughout these writings which they hold as an authority equal, if not higher, than the bible. Of course, they have re-written their own bible, the New World Translation, which is one of the most corrupt perversions out there.
