Ezekiel Emanuel's "Complete Lives System" sounds a lot like eugenics to me. He competely disregards the individual lives of people for whom Christ died and will live, or exist, forever, and values only the community. Since God created people first and after that people formed communities, the order of creation suggests that communities are to subordinate to individuals. In many versions of evolution you have communities of subhumans evolving into humans as a group, and this may help explain the attitudes of our intellectual elite.
