I couldn't agree more. I'm just getting to Genesis chapter 4 in it myself (yeah I know, I'm slow, but I'm reading 5 books at the same time, on top of an hour a day in the Scriptures). This is the book that really opened my eyes about Ruckman and how above and beyond his knowledge of the Bible is in comparison to 99% of Bible 'scholars'. On top of that his this book is so much fun to read.
