I would have to say that the Thompson is better than other types of study Bible in several ways, but it is far from perfect. As with any cross-reference Bible, the links are determined based on men's interpretations and sometimes biases. Be always wary when following the references. Secondly, the notes in the back having to do with the history of the King James Bible actually weaken the inerrancy by giving compromising information.
