Another one bites the dust

Jack Schaap, the guy who muscled the pulpit from First Baptist Church in Hammond, Indiana after Dr. Hyles went to heaven, passed out another one of his funny books at Pastor's School this morning (3/20/08), stating that the King James Version is only another translation and is not the English form of the infallable Word of God. He also claimed that those who criticise him are not able to perform in the, (how do I say this in the least offensive way on a clean forum) marriage relationship.

This is contrary to Dr. Hyles' written statements in his later years that the King James Version is the inspired, infallable Word of God in the English language. This just encourages me to fight on in defense of the wonderful Word of God!

avdefender,

Why are you surprised?

All of The sword of The Lord boys have been going down hill for years. John R. Rice never was a real King James man. The only thing that surprises me is that it did sooner.

I am proud of you for making this post the best thing to do it stay away from them.

keep watching, more will turn around and say that KJV is not the Word of God before long...

That's a sad report. What's the title of Schaap's book?

Paladin54 03-20-2008 09:51 PM

Echo Biblestudent, can we get a copy of it, just to laugh at it?

I, personally, would like to know his reasons why he rejects the KJB so I can be prepared to contend for my faith in the KJB.....Get the "newest" arguments against it...
