What happened to the new universe they were going to create? People still buy into this garbage about black holes and end of the world, Well,christians already know what is going to happen because of Gods Word.

What a waste of Tax payers dollars! 9 billion!

Reading about those things only confirm one thing in my mind, it cannot be long before our LORD returns, and this "tinkering" with Nuclear research could explain away those "translated" (to those who believe in a pre-trib translation :) ) when it happens or some event along the same line of research (nuclear testing) gone wrong.
On a side note it must have been thrilling to see that 9 billion dollar blue blip on a 20inch monitor, powerful stuff lol:D

I wonder how many hungry children could be fed with 6 billion dollars. *sigh* I also wonder how many weapons will be made with the science this project pioneers.

What a WASTE! they had a helium leak,if it was in the US,i would imagine the EPA would have been all over that.:D

I think the Helium has leaked into their heads, particularly to give credence to the big bang nonsense :)

I agree the end has to be getting close. What I find funny about this collinder business is they said it's safe and it will all be hunky dorey when turned on, no black holes nothing to worry about, but people aren't worried about when they first turn it on, it's the media taking sides and making those with a legitimate concern look like bumkins, The problem is once they actually get this thing working they are going to increase the power a little at a time. That's where the concern is, not what happens today but what about 10 years from now.

I don't think God will allow man to destroy this earth, I think He will do it Himself, but who knows? Maybe He will let their foolishness do it?
