Thank you, and yes, it is a rough addiction to quit! Thanks to all who have been praying for me!!!!:) You know, I just got a Wii video game console! LOVE it, the odd thing is, it helps, smokers have 2 parts to the addiction, one is chemical, the nicotine, the other is this thing, we HAVE to be doing something with our hands! Look at ex-smokers and even smokers who don't have a B&H between there fingers, we are always messing with pencils, pens, you name it, right now for the oral fixation I have cinnamon toothpicks, to ween off the nicotine, I have my patch, and with the Wii, I have something in my hand. It is awesome, it helps take my mid off a craving.:) Blessings.
